v0 is Vercel's AI tool: from a written description it produces UI components and frontend code. This article sets out who gets what from v0's referral programme.
"Up to $200 a month" — whose money is it?
This article used to say "up to $200 in free credits per month via referral" and presented it as the invited user's benefit. That is wrong.
The $200 is the monthly earning cap for whoever shares the link. In v0's referral programme the sharer earns $5 for each signup and a further $20 when a referred user subscribes. Added up that can reach $200 a month — but those credits land in the sharer's account.
We no longer have a v0 link
Our v0 referral link (v0.app/ref/…) returns HTTP 404 — checked with curl and in a browser. The v0 promocode on our site has therefore been disabled: sending people to a dead link is not how we work.
If a working link appears, we will verify it and put it back.

Common questions
Will I get a credit for signing up?
v0 states no figure for that. The $5 and $20 above are credits for the sharer. What you are offered will be visible at signup and on the pricing page.
Why keep the article but disable the promocode?
The promocode pointed at a dead link — keeping it would send readers to a 404. The article still explains what v0 is and how the referral programme actually works.
