Uzum Bank is a digital bank in Uzbekistan. This article separates two things: what the referral code gives you and what the Uzum card itself gives you.

The referral code — stated plainly

This article used to promise "a 45,000 UZS bonus through a referral link". There are two problems with that figure:

  • Uzum Bank publishes no terms and no reward amount for its referral programme — not on its website, not in its official channels. No source for the figure could be found
  • In programmes like this the reward usually goes to the inviter, not to the person reading the page

The programme itself is real: @UzumBankRbot is Uzum Bank's official invite bot, with more than 47,000 monthly users. The bot itself shows the condition that applies.

What the Uzum card gives

These are the official tariffs from the bank's own site (uzumbank.uz):

  • Issuing the plastic card is free, with a 0 UZS monthly fee
  • Cashback: up to 30% at Uzum Market and Uzum Tezkor, up to 10% at partners
  • Transfers between Uzum cards are always free
  • Topping up from another bank's card is 0% in the Uzum Bank app
  • The card is for residents of Uzbekistan only

The limits, stated too

  • Free withdrawal is not unlimited: up to 10,000,000 UZS a month at Uzum Bank ATMs. At other banks, up to 2,000,000 UZS when campaign conditions are met, with the fee returned as cashback within 15 minutes
  • Transfers to Humo and UzCard are not free: 0% up to 2 million UZS, then 0.2% or 0.9% depending on campaign conditions
  • Up to 25,000,000 UZS is not a card limit — it is a Uzum Nasiya microloan with 30 interest-free days

How to order it

  1. Install the Uzum Bank app
  2. Register and order the card online
  3. Collect it at an Uzum Market pickup point or an Uzum Bank card machine

So is the referral code any use to me?

We cannot say in advance, because the bank publishes no terms. The bot shows whatever applies when you open it — read that.

Why is no figure given?
